I was very impressed with the aesthetic design and quality when I received this clipboard. The wood is rich and deep, and the finish is smooth. The craftsmanship really turns something mundane and utilitarian into an artistic tool. I will use this almost every day.

The clipboard was thicker and sturdier than I’d imagined and the quality of the inlay and finish was amazing. We gave this as an end-of-year teacher gift and he was quite impressed and touched. The monogram was the perfect touch. Thank you!

I was recently best man at my good friends wedding. He was given the beautifully handcrafted and engraved clipboard during the best man’s speech! Let’s just say it was very well received!!! Great product...I would highly recommend to anybody! |

THe clipboard was even more beautiful in person than it looked in the picture online. Such quality workemanship & I love the business card with the types of wood used. I purchased the clipboard for my husband. He had a similar one years ago, but was not able to replace it when it got lost. He is using it everyday and loves it. He has also gotten many compliments from fellow attorneys who are impressed by the beautiful wood. I am more than pleased with this item and would definately purchase more products in the future. |

I bought this as a gift and was VERY pleased with the beauty of the wood and the craftsmanship of the clipboard, especially since I was ordering something from a photo, without actually handling it. The item arrived in a timely manner, well-protected in the mailing box. I hope my brother will be as pleased with his gift as I was. |

This is a very well crafted clipboard that will surely get noticed in a boardroom or office. I have one that always receives a positive compliment, and have given this as gifts for others as well with the same results. I would very much recommend this above other office supplies as it holds a small note pad easily. |

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).
For Exchanges:
Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.
For Refunds:
We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.
No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.

Wood grain and inlay design vary and may include: walnut, red oak, hickory/pecan, elm, coffee bean, cherry, cedar, padauk, purple heart, mahogany, maple, ash, hackberry, and sassafras.
