	10 On 12/19/2009 What you see is what I received- or its twin. This is a large mug with plenty of room for your coffee plus milk and space left over so that it doesn’t spill. If you like this shape mug (like I do), it is perfectly executed; and, the glaze is stunning. My mug is slightly darker than the one displayed but just as attractive- sufficiently so that my brother actually inquired as to the details of getting one (yikes! that was a first). In fact, everyone in the family is considering getting one of some size- smaller for mom. You can feel the weight of this mug when it is filled to capacity. Just right if you want to warm your hands, but possibly a bit much for your tiny grandmother. No complaints as yet.
	9 On 12/19/2009 This is a lovely small mug for the average coffee/tea drinker. I was initially concerned about the colors given the wide range displayed on the website. The mug I received fell well within the description, as well as my expectations. It is a beautiful red-raisin tone. It also has what appears to be a special glaze of iridescent blue gently distributed (but subtle), over the red to give a unique 3-D component to the glaze. The shape is pleasing with a nice lip to keep your head in place when you are still waking up. The weight is reasonable even full and one-handed (as tested by a friend with strength concerns). My only caveat is that I am not sure the glaze will stand up to repeated dishwasher abuse- so I will probably hand wash this to give it extra life.

	10 On 07/31/2009 I love this mug. The colors are gorgeous and it feels good in my hand. It’s a little bit like a small vase but it’s not as big as some of those mammoth cups out there, and because of its shape, it still keeps my coffee warm. I like to be able to pour about 16-18 oz of coffee in my cup and this one is perfect. It was delivered quickly and since I got it for my birthday (as a present to myself from my little one, who broke one of my other mugs), I was delighted with the complimentary giftwrap.

The midnight blue glaze is beautiful; The mug itself is just the right size for a hearty serving of soup, stew or chili; When heating contents in the microwave, the handle remains cool while your soup is hot; It is very well-made and durable, and is also easy to clean. For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
