	10 On 09/07/2010 I purchased this item for a friend’s two year old. The quality is excellent! (even better then I expected) I had her name personalized on the flap of the backpack in purple and it turned out perfect. This item was shipped to me within one week of purchasing it. My friend’s daughter loved it, along with her four year old sister who did not want to stop carrying it around. I could fit two or three board books, a pair of pajamas and two large sippy cups in the backpack to help give you an idea of the size of the backpack. I am very happy with this item and will purchase Stephen Joseph items from this retailer again! View Item

	10 On 08/31/2010 This little backpack is just plain ADORABLE!!!! I’m giving it to my ’’almost 1 yr old’’ grandson for his birthday. The size is perfect for daycare, but doesn’t look like the itty baby bags. He is in love with trucks, so He’ll be happy, and I know his mom will love it! My son loves race cars and when I saw this bag I fell in love with the soft, machine-washable, adjustable strap, personalized, little-kid style bag. 	10 On 08/23/2010 This backpack may seem small but you can sure fit a lot inside, it’s really flexible and really light to carry for my 16 month old. The drawstring works perfect, I tied it in a double loop to avoid long loose strings around my 16 month old though. We personalized it with his name and sure glad we did so, b/c another child showed up to day care with the same back pack. I’m hoping this product will last us up until at least pre-k. Great product! For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
