I ordered the initials to be monogrammed in the bottom part in yellow and it came out really elegant. Perfect gift for my daughter, who is crazy about ballet and dreamy outfits.
	10 On 7/14/2011 I used this backpack at Disneyworld for my 3 year old. It is a very cute bag and I love the monogram. The only problem I had with the backpack was that after a week of using the bag the side pockets where it holds juice and water started unstitching and now the backpack is of no use to me. 	10 On 8/23/2011 ADORABLE!!! My 3 year old daughter takes it everywhere even though her first day of preschool isn’t for a couple weeks! It’s lightweight and large enough to fit 9x12 paper (preschool requirement). The colors are vibrant, too! I had the personalization done in pink and it looks great!! I was planning her on using this for 2 years of preschool, but we’ll see how the felt adornments hold up/wash up, though they seem very sturdy. For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
