It was very well made and good looking. It was also very easy to insert a photo. I had mine personalized for Mother’s Day and the engraving was quite good. For the price, an excellent product. I purchased the 5x7 size. |

I used this frame for a wedding photo. The photo was smaller than the opening,but matted it worked perfectly. Again the quality is excellent & stands better than your frame with one back leg. It’s also beautiful. Would purchase more for future family pictures I wish to display.

I love the frame. It is a perfect color. I was afraid it would be a blue like color, but it is a wonderful green. My pictures look great for it. The frame arrived in a timely manner. I am real happy with the way this order was handled.

I liked the blue around each picture frame. the frame looked antique. I bought the frame so that my son could put his baby picture on one side, his wife’s on the other and their new baby’s picture in the middle.

J. Devlin Glass Art is named in honor of Kathy Gustafson’s grandfather J. Devlin. As a child Kathy was always fascinated by the Tiffany style lamps that adorned his home. That fascination inspired her to design her own line of stained glass home décor. They are located in Nebraska and each piece has a vintage, nostalgic feel.

For Damaged Items:
Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).
For Exchanges:
Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.
For Refunds:
We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.
No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.
No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.
Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
