I will not be using your company again,and will be returning the picture frame that is on the way to me now. It is arriving too late for my purposes. I originally ordered it 2 weeks ago and when the original arrived broken, it took over a week for a replacemtnt to be shipped, though the woman I talked to about the replacement was very nice and seemed competent. The original frame was sent in an exterior shipping box that was the same width as the interior frame box. This is likely why the frame arrived broken-- it probably fell on one corner and there was no cushion to protect it. When the replacement frame was finally sent, over a week after I called, it was sent regular shipping, rahter than expedited. I am not at all satisfied with your customer service and will not be shopping with you again. View item >

THe clipboard was even more beautiful in person than it looked in the picture online. Such quality workemanship & I love the business card with the types of wood used. This was a gift for my husband.. The quality is nice and he will love the fact that it is a mule deer on the front. The ONE problem I did have.. I got the clip engraved, when ordering it, the engraving looked nice and clean. But on the clip itself it seems really mashed together, so it is hard to read. Also the engraving is upside down compaired to the front of the clip. I know this sounds confusing. But I love the clip itself, but hate the engraving! View item >

I purchased the clipboard for my husband. He had a similar one years ago, but was not able to replace it when it got lost. He is using it everyday and loves it.
